I think Rita Rudner is one of the funniest people on the planet. And Dave Barry...which reminds me of the Strawberry Pop-Tarts Blow Torch Research.
But I guess my all-time favorite satirist is Tom Lehrer. This link comes from Ian's Humour Page, which has some great humor material. And here's a brief biography of this most interesting fellow.

We computer nerds often appreciate computer humor.
Of course, on the Internet there are whole zines devoted to humor.
